Kushboo by Bibi Harbhajan Kaur Chana
Anokhe
Kushboo - a biography of Pandit Gopal Singh Ji was officially launched in the UK
on June 10th 2006. The launching
ceremony took place at Namdhari Sikh Center,
Southall. The author of this work is Bibi Harbhajan Kaur Chana, wife of Southall
sangats pradhan Kuldeep Singh Chana.
Sant Tara Singh Anjaan, editor of The Satjug, presided the short ceremony in which Bibi ji presented the first copy to Suba Jagtar Singh ji. Anokhe Kushboo has been officially sanctioned by the Namdhari Darbar in Sri Bhaini Sahib, India.
The kushboo of Pandit Gopal Singh Ji is extensively researched and presented by the author, who first met Pandit Ji in Kenya during a holy visit by Satguru Ji in the 1960's. Pandit Gopal Singh Ji has probably been the most dynamic and charismatic personality of the Namdhari Panth. His research and diwans have been one of the most influential media ever presented to thousands of Sikhs.
Bibi Harbhajan Kaur Ji has made a fitting tribute to the Pandit of Namdhari Sikhs.
Copies of the book are available from Namdhari Darbar Sri Bhaini Sahib in India and from Namdhari Sangat Southall in the UK.
